Hot enough for pizza, brilliant for slow cooks too—the Pizza Oven Plate from Somerset Grills transforms your Asado Grill into a true wood-fired oven.

Developed with experienced pizza chef James Whetlor, this clever system comes in three easy-to-fit sections that simply sit on top of your grill rack. The plates create an enclosed oven, trapping heat at the sides and back for the perfect cooking environment.

How It Works:

  • Cook your pizza directly on the firebricks, moving embers below for even heat.
  • Keep topping up the Ember Maker between pizzas to maintain that ideal base temperature (250–280°C is the sweet spot).
  • As embers build up, they cook from the back—just like a traditional pizza oven.

The Result? Crispy bases, bubbling toppings, and that unbeatable smoky flavour.

And when you’re done? Switch back to grilling in seconds—no tools, no fuss, just great food.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland UK (including England, Wales, and parts of Scotland)
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Locations – subject to additional charges

Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Small Items: Standard delivery charge of £5.99
  • Large items (BBQs, grills, smokers): Delivered via pallet service; FREE
  • Surcharges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore addresses
When will I get my order?

  • Small items: Dispatched via courier (e.g., DPD, EVRI) within 1–2 working days
  • Large items: Delivered via pallet network within 2–5 working days
  • Pre-orders: Estimated delivery dates are provided on product pages and may vary

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items next working day if ordered before 12pm.
