What is BLAK FIRE?
BLAK FIRE is a spiced soy chilli sauce born during the lockdown of 2020. The first renditions were created by Matt to complement meals sent out from a tiny one-bedroom flat in West London. His aim was to support local families isolating at home and navigating home-schooling by providing delicious, home-cooked, restaurant-quality meals that brought light to the darkest times of the pandemic.

Now in its fourth cycle, BLAK FIRE is a perfect blend of spices and fresh ingredients, uniquely crafted to enhance any food experience. It offers elegance in heat—fire with purpose.

What’s it best served with?
BLAK FIRE pairs beautifully with a bacon sandwich, a full fry-up, grilled chicken or pork, and works magically with a thick, flaked piece of fish.

Why was it created?
Matt is a hot sauce enthusiast who loves food paired with fiery condiments—nothing overwhelmingly hot, but enough heat to add interest to a meal. His goal was to find flavour without overcomplicating dishes, and BLAK FIRE delivers exactly that.

Where do you deliver to?


We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland UK (including England, Wales, and parts of Scotland)
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Locations – subject to additional charges

Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.


  • Small Items: Standard delivery charge of £5.99
  • Large items (BBQs, grills, smokers): Delivered via pallet service; FREE
  • Surcharges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore addresses

When will I get my order?


  • Small items: Dispatched via courier (e.g., DPD, EVRI) within 1–2 working days
  • Large items: Delivered via pallet network within 2–5 working days
  • Pre-orders: Estimated delivery dates are provided on product pages and may vary

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items next working day if ordered before 12pm.
