Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland UK (including England, Wales, and parts of Scotland)
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Locations – subject to additional charges

Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Small Items: Standard delivery charge of £5.99
  • Large items (BBQs, grills, smokers): Delivered via pallet service; FREE
  • Surcharges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore addresses
When will I get my order?
  • Small items: Dispatched via courier (e.g., DPD, EVRI) within 1–2 working days
  • Large items: Delivered via pallet network within 2–5 working days
  • Pre-orders: Estimated delivery dates are provided on product pages and may vary

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items next working day if ordered before 12pm.


Somerset Grills are subject to extended lead times, as some models are made to order. Delivery estimates will be confirmed once your order has been processed.

When ready, larger grills are usually delivered via a pallet network. Please note that our standard next-working-day dispatch times do not apply to made-to-order Somerset Grills, and estimated delivery dates may vary.
