Green Jalapeño Sweet Chilli Sauce
This sauce is spiced with cardamom, pineapple, and rice vinegar, creating a unique and vibrant flavour profile.

Why was it created?
Born out of isolation in 2020, pineapple vinegar was Matt’s first creation and entry into the condiment market. Four years later, after a summer of creativity, Matt wanted to bring back this iconic ingredient as a versatile condiment accessible to everyone.

What does it go with?
It pairs beautifully with tempura, halloumi, fries, Thai dishes, or poured over cream cheese and served with crisps. It also complements pork pie, sausage rolls, and hummus.

What does it taste like?
The first sensation is a surprising sweet and sour note, with fruity pineapple punching through and accentuated by the savoury greenness of jalapeño. As the heat builds, a subtle, unfamiliar flavour emerges—that’s the cardamom.

What’s the inspiration?
In Matt’s early years of learning to cook and pair flavours, the Thai version of sweet chilli sauce was always his go-to condiment. It paired perfectly with almost any meal. Matt wanted to create an everyday sauce that could bring wonderful flavours together—from pecorino Romano to a sausage roll, pad Thai to schnitzel. This is the condiment that just works.
