Battery Life: Choose Your Interval, Rule Your Cook

With RFX, you’re in control of how chatty your probe is. Want updates every tiny temp change? Go for it. Prefer a more laid-back vibe? Space them out. The bigger the interval, the longer your battery keeps the party going.

Pitmaster-Approved Recommendations:

  • Quick Cooks (Under 5 Hours) – Set to 1.0 °C/F intervals. Fast and furious.
  • Medium Cooks (5–15 Hours) – Go with 1.5 °C/F intervals. The sweet spot for steady smoking.
  • Long Cooks (15–65 Hours) – Choose 3.0 °C/F intervals. Low and slow, just like your brisket dreams.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland UK (including England, Wales, and parts of Scotland)
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Locations – subject to additional charges

Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Small Items: Standard delivery charge of £5.99
  • Large items (BBQs, grills, smokers): Delivered via pallet service; FREE
  • Surcharges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore addresses
When will I get my order?

  • Small items: Dispatched via courier (e.g., DPD, EVRI) within 1–2 working days
  • Large items: Delivered via pallet network within 2–5 working days
  • Pre-orders: Estimated delivery dates are provided on product pages and may vary

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items next working day if ordered before 12pm.
